CRYSTAL, Mich. (May 4) – The race was for second Saturday night, as Chance Allen checked out on the rest of the IMCA Modified field at Crystal Motor Speedway.
Several drivers traded position behind Allen and in the end it was multi-time track champion Myron DeYoung holding on for the runner-up spot.
Third went to Mitchell Hunt.
By Heather Mitchell CRYSTAL, Mich. (July 14) – The story of Saturday’s Lane Automotive IMCA Modified main event at Crystal Motor Speedway was all Milt Montgomery. The Sheridan speedster took advantage of his outside starting spot to take the win over Brenten DeYoung and Dan Wiggins.
CRYSTAL, Mich. – If it’s April, it’s the beginning of another race season at Crystal Motor Speedway. The annual test and tune sessions are set for Saturday and Sunday, April 13 and 14 from 2-5 p.m. and are open to any race machines. Admission will be $20 for the pits, but no charge to observe from the grandstands. The opening night of racing will be April 20 with IMCA Modifieds on the program for the 32nd consecutive season. Adult admission will be $12, kids ages 5-11 are $5 and pit passes are $30.
