OSKALOOSA, Iowa (June 2) – There was a change in the IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Race Night at Southern Iowa Speedway but no change in the driver first to the IMCA Sunoco Stock Car checkers.
Cayden Carter raced to his fifth straight Budweiser IMCA Stock Car victory of the season, topping the 16-lapper ahead of Nathan Wood, Derrick Agee, Mike Hughes and Todd Reitzler.
Dustin Griffiths topped the 15-lap Pepsi Cola IMCA Hobby Stock feature for the fourth straight week.
Bill Whalen Jr.’s Mach-1 Sport Compact victory was his second this season at Osky.
Southern Iowa Speedway is back to Wednesday night action next week. Hot laps are at 7 p.m. and racing is at 7:30 p.m.
