Limoges leads Modified finish at Arlington

ARLINGTON, Minn. (May 21) – Tyler Limoges took charge following an early restart and never looked back in winning Saturday’s MN93 IMCA Modified main event at Arlington Raceway.

Clint Hatlestad started ninth and finished as the runner-up. Third was Trent Loverude.

The B&B Racing Chassis IMCA Stock Car feature ran caution-free, first with Ryan Grochow in the lead and then Matt Speckman from the second circuit to the checkers. Dan Mackenthun took second and Ken Tietz edged Brent Uecker right at the finish line for third.

Tenth starting Cory Probst took the Premier Logistics IMCA Hobby Stock checkers ahead of Shawn Harms and Charlie Rustman.

Eric Larson started sixth and proved most adept in traffic, taking the Unhinged Pizza IMCA North­ern SportMod feature ahead of Tim Bergerson and early leader Jeremy Brown.

Blake Braunworth held off 15th starting Scott Porter and Joe Regnar to win the Coors Light IMCA Sport Compact feature.

The rest of the 95.7 IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Car field threw every thing but the kitchen sink at him, but Trevor Serbus couldn’t be pried from the front spot. Michael Stien tried to contend follow­ing a late restart but settled for second. Third was Dalyn Cody.
