BRITT, Iowa (May 7) – Ryan Ruter raced from 10th starting to win the Friday feature for Xtreme Motor Sports IMCA Modifieds at Hancock County Speedway.
Kelly Shryock was the runner-up with Josh Ruby third.
Heath Tulp came from the outside of row three to win the IMCA Sunoco Stock Car feature. Tulp held off a serious challenge from the hard-charging Derek Green, who finished second. David Smith was third.
Shane Swanson started on the pole in the Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMod feature and never gave up that position, although he had to deny the fast closing George Nordman. Third was Nick Meyer.
Jay Sidles and Tony Smidt led the IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stock feature field to the flag stand but at the end of the race, the victory went to Andrew Borchardt, who came from his inside fifth row starting slot.
Smidt finished second followed by Weston Koop.
Kaytee DeVries was the winner of the Mach-1 Sport Compact main event.
