MANDAN, N.D. (Aug. 28) – Spencer Wilson and Jason Berg were feature winners Friday, on championship night at Dacotah Speedway.
Wilson slipped by Tracy Domagala with eight laps left and pulled away to the Xtreme Motor Sports IMCA Modified checkers.
Domagala finished a season-best in second. Shawn Strand’s third place finish locked up the unofficial track championship, his fourth in the past six years and career seventh title locally.
Berg took the lead for good on the second circuit of the Mach-1 Sport Compact main event.
Chance Seelye was a distant second while Josh Roehrich secured his second straight track crown by finishing sixth.
