COTTAGE GROVE, Ore. (June 27) – Another Xtreme Motor Sports IMCA Modified battle for the ages unfolded on Chamber of Commerce Night Saturday at Cottage Grove Speedway.
Kinzer Cox and Kreg Britton exchanged the lead on numerous occasions over the course of the first eight circuits, Britton running the high side and Cox working the bottom.
Cox finally secured the lead on lap nine and kept in front of all challengers to win his third local feature of the season. Greg McDonald was second and third went to Curtis Towns.
Eric Ashley and Britton completed the top five.
