LaCrosse leads the way at Seymour

SEYMOUR, Wis. (June 21) – Benji LaCrosse became the first local repeat winner in the division with his 99th career Budweiser IMCA Modified victory Sunday at Seymour Speedway.

LaCrosse started outside row five and was running second to Rob Charapata by the sixth circuit. He dove to the inside for the lead on lap 14 and held off Mike Wedelstadt, already a member of the IMCA 100 career wins club, following a lap 18 restart.

Travis Van Straten was half a car length faster than Brandon Czarapata in the Coors Light IMCA Stock Car main event.

Point leader Jeremy Cota flew from 10th starting to first at the finish of the O’Reilly Auto Parts IMCA Northern SportMod feature.
