Artz becomes fifth different IMCA RaceSaver winner at I-90

HARTFORD, S.D. (June 13) – T.J. Artz sped to his first career feature win Saturday night at I-90 Speedway, leading all 20 laps of the Coffee Cup IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Car main event.

Casey Abbas gradually reeled Artz in over the first half of the race and then spent the second half throwing everything his way but the kitchen sink.

Abbas tried high and low while Artz held to the low groove to outduel has challenger. Though the RaceSaver sprint cars are new to I-90 Speedway this year, there has been no predicting a winner as Artz is the fifth different in as many weeks of racing.
