NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (June 13) – Eddie Belec, Chad Dolan, Casey Werkmeister, Jacob Olmstead and Blake Fletcher all claimed checkered flag finishes to punch their ticket to the winner’s circle at Lincoln County Raceway on Saturday evening.
Getting off to a fast start and being in contention for the lead, Belec was finally able to drive off the cushion to snare the lead in the Xtreme Motor Sports IMCA Modified feature on the ninth lap and never looked back to notch the victory.
Jesse Taylor started in the fifth row and cruised to a second place finish.
Scoring another win at Lincoln County was Dolan as he paced the Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMod main event after starting in row five.
Finishing second was was fellow fifth row starter Henry Henderson.
Werkmeister cruised to the victory in the IMCA Sunoco Stock Car feature after getting the lead early from his third row start. Kyle Clough scored the runner-up finish from his fifth row start.
Leading the laps that mean the most, Olmstead led the final two circuits in the IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stock feature. Olmstead started in the fourth row and was running in second place when Brady Weinman jumped the cushion on lap 17.
Veteran wheelman Kyle Bond did his best to challenge during the waning laps, only to be forced to settle for second.
Putting on a dominating performance, Fletcher led every lap of the Mach-1 Sport Compact feature.
