WEST BURLINGTON, Iowa (June 6) – After finding his way to the front just two laps to the finish, Brandon Rothzen won his first Xtreme Motor Sports IMCA Modified feature this season at 34 Raceway on Saturday night.
Dean McGee took the lead from Rich Smith following a lap seven restart and had to hold off Rothzen and Jeff Waterman. Rothzen found a way past on the 18th circuit while McGee edged Waterman in the battle for third.
Bobby Six led the distance in winning his first local Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMod main event.
