SHAWANO, Wis. (May 23) – Eddie Muenster and Jason Jach both won for the first time this season Saturday at Shawano Speedway.
Muenster passed Kevin Feck following a lap seven restart and then held off Jason Czarapata for the IMCA Xtreme Motor Sports Modified checkers, his sanctioned career 65th in the division.
Jach also made his move to the front on the seventh circuit, passing Tracy Wassenberg for the front in the Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMod main event.
Travis Van Straten needed 13 circuits to catch Brandon Czarapata and Shawn Wagner for the IMCA Sunoco Stock Car lead and stayed in front to the checkers.
