Budweiser IMCA Stock Car Shootout shows at Southern Iowa, Lee County 

OSKALOOSA, Iowa – The 21st annual Budweiser Stock Car Shootout takes the Class Too Tough To Tame to Southern Iowa Speedway in Oskaloosa and Lee County Speedway at Donnellson. IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars run for $2,000 to win on Wednesday, July 6 at Oskaloosa and for $1,000 to win on Thursday, July 7 at Donnellson. Hot laps are at 7 p.m. and racing starts at 7:30 p.m. all three nights. Qualifying starts Tuesday, July 5 at Osky for the Stock Cars, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks, Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods and Mach-1 Sport Compacts. ALTA, Iowa – IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars run for $1,000 to win and a minimum of $100 to start at Buena Vista Raceway’s Wednesday, July 6 Kyle Suter Memorial. Myers Racing Engines URSS national points chase begins with tripleheader weekend 

DODGE CITY, Kan. – The United Rebel Sprint Series National Points Chase starts this weekend with the URSS Series visiting Dodge City Raceway Park for two nights of racing Friday and Saturday, July 1 and 2 during the Boothill Showdown. The Showdown features the Rebels vs. the DCRP Sprints. Friday’s preliminary feature is a $500 to win, $125 to start payout with Saturday’s feature a $2,000 to win, $250 to start with non-transferring drivers guaranteed $100. Three IMCA divisions on Friday Governor’s Cup card 

DAVENPORT, Iowa – Three IMCA divisions race Friday, July 1, night two of the Governor’s Cup at Davenport Speedway. IMCA Late Models battle for $3,000 to win, Xtreme Motor Sports IMCA Modifieds for $1,500 to win and Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods for $750 to win, all on the ¼-mile oval. IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National and Allstar Performance State points will be awarded in all three divisions. Modifieds also chase BMS North Central Region points in the Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot qualifier. No track points will be given for the draw/redraw show. Dubuque Speedway to host Tri-Track IMCA Late Model Special 

By Jerry Mackey DUBUQUE, Iowa – This Sunday, July 3, Dubuque Speedway will host a special racing event featuring the Out-Pace Racing Products IMCA Late Models. The Ideal Ready Mix Tri-Track Challenge will be held with the Late Models battling for 50 laps on the high banks of Dubuque Speedway with a first place $2,000 prize awaiting the winner. In addition to the Late Models, IMCA-sanctioned Modifieds, Northern SportMods and Stock Cars will all be in action. Sunday night’s special event will get underway with hot laps at 6 p.m. and the first race of the night at 6:30 p.m.

Seventh annual IMCA Sheen Memorial is July 2-3 at Cardinal Speedway     

EUNICE, N.M. – Four IMCA divisions are featured at Cardinal Speedway’s seventh annual Kelly Sheen Memorial Shootout Saturday and Sunday, July 2-3. Qualifying begins on Saturday. Xtreme Motor Sports IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center SportMods all run Sunday for $1,100 to win while IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks vie for a top check of $500. The Modified feature is a 2016 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot qualifying event. All IMCA feature winners receive a 55-gallon drum of fuel in addition to their cash winnings and fireworks follow the Sunday show. BRITT, Iowa – The winner of Hancock County Speedway’s inaugural IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stock special earns at least $1,000 and as much as $2,000. The Saturday, July 2 main event at Britt pays a guaranteed $1,000 to win with $500 bonuses if that driver has perfect attendance and has won a previous feature at Hancock County this season. Second place pays $750, with $500 for third. Start money is $100 and tow is $50. Entry fee, if paid by June 24, is $30. $3,500 is top check when IMCA Hawkeye Dirt Tour travels to Hancock County for Salute to Veterans show  

BRITT, Iowa (June 23) – The Hawkeye Dirt Tour returns to Britt and five IMCA divisions see on-track action at Hancock County Speedway’s Salute To Veterans special on Tuesday, June 28. Touring Xtreme Motor Sports IMCA Modifieds race for $3,500 to win their Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot qualifier while the runner-up earns $1,600. Fourteen hundred dollars will be paid for third, $1,200 for fourth and $1,000 for fifth. Hancock County is the only track to have hosted an HDT event every year since the series started in 2010.
