Big paydays for IMCA winnerson opening night at Davenport

DAVENPORT, Iowa (April 20, 2023) – Davenport Speedway amps up paydays for IMCA feature winners on opening night. Friday, April 21 features for Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMods all pay $1,000 to win. Modified and Stock Car main events are qualifiers for Fast Shafts All-Star and B & B Racing Chassis All-Star invitationals, respectively. IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, regional, Iowa State and track points are at stake. Pit gates open at 4 p.m. and the grandstand opens at 5:30 p.m. Hot laps are at 6:30 p.m. with racing to follow. Pit passes are $30. Grandstand admission is $15 for adults and $5 for kids ages 5-12. Selinsgrove hosts Sunday opener for NY-Penn IMCA Modified Series

SELINSGROVE, Pa. (April 18, 2023) – A first-ever event at Selinsgrove Speedway is first on the schedule for the third annual Close Racing Supply NY-Penn IMCA Modified Series presented by MR Graphix. Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds chase an appropriate $2,023 top check in the 2023 season lidlifter this Sunday, April 23 at the central Pennsylvania speed plant, located in the heart of the scenic Susquehanna River Valley. Winner of the 25-lap main event becomes eligible to qualify for the Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational. In addition to Speedway Motors Weekly Racing national and DeVilbiss Racing Chassis Eastern Region, Pennsylvania State and series points will be awarded. Spring Thunder special to open 2023 season April 30 at Benton County Speedway

VINTON, Iowa (April 16, 2023) – The first green flag of the season is set to wave during Spring Thunder action Sunday, April 30 at Benton County Speedway. The special event will offer increased prize money to a number of divisions that compete weekly at The Bullring. Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds will vie for a $1,250 winner’s share and qualifying eligibility for this year’s Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational. A hefty $1,000 prize will be awarded to the Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMod winner, while IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars will compete for a $500 winner’s share, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks $400 to win and Mach-1 IMCA Sport Compacts $250. Williams Grove, Path Valley highlight first PASS doubleheader of 2023

(April 14, 2023) – The River Valley Builders Pennsylvania Sprint Series heads into its first two-race weekend of its Silver Anniversary Season tonight (Friday) and Saturday with dates at one of its largest tracks, Williams Grove Speedway, and its smallest, Path Valley Speedway. It’s the ultimate test of IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Car driver versatility. On Friday, PASS sprinters tackle the historic and lightning-fast Williams Grove oval as part of the track’s Spring Sprint Special and it will be a victory of sorts if the race is run. PASS’ early-season Grove race hasn’t happened since 2018, with rain cancelling activities last year and in 2019, cold weather prevailing in 2020, and the stoppage of public events due to the COVID outbreak wiping 2020 off the schedule. Maquoketa Speedway opening with All Star Night
