Batesville Motor Speedway to Host 30th Annual Schoenfeld Headers Mid-America IMCA Stock Car Championship Sept. 25–27

LOCUST GROVE, Ark. (Sept. 18, 2025) — The 30th Annual Schoenfeld Headers Mid-America IMCA Stock Car Championship returns to Batesville Motor Speedway on Thursday through Saturday, Sept. 25–27, 2025, with three nights of Sunoco IMCA Stock Car racing action and a $20,000-to-win, $1,000-to-start main event.

The weekend kicks off Thursday, Sept. 25, with practice at 7:00 p.m. followed by time trials at 8:30. Pit passes on Thursday are $30. Friday, Sept. 26, will feature hot laps at 7:00 p.m. and racing at 7:30, with pit passes $35. Saturday, Sept. 27, will again see hot laps at 7:00 p.m. and racing at 7:30, highlighted by B-features and the 50-lap Mid-America IMCA Stock Car Championship main event paying $20,000 to win. Pit passes on Saturday are $40. Fans will also see complete shows for Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds both Thursday and Friday.

The Stock Car feature payout awards $20,000 to the winner, $12,500 for second, $10,000 for third, $7,500 for fourth, $5,000 for fifth, and $2,500 for sixth. Payouts continue down the line with $2,000 for seventh, $1,750 for eighth, $1,500 for ninth, $1,500 for tenth, and $1,200 for positions 11th through 20th. All starters will take home at least $1,000.

Drivers displaying a Schoenfeld Headers decal are eligible for a $500 bonus awarded to the highest finisher.

Grandstands open at 5:00 p.m. each day with tickets priced at $5 on Thursday, $20 on Friday, and $25 on Saturday. Children ages 12–16 are admitted for $10, while kids 11 and under are free.

The 30th Annual Schoenfeld Headers Mid-America IMCA Stock Car Championship promises three nights of action-packed racing, capped by one of the most lucrative stock car events in the country.

Wilkey Rises Above the Rest at Wimp Reed Spring Nationals

(Mar. 29, 2025) — Ashton Wilkey delivered a masterful performance in the final night of the Wimp Reed Spring Nationals, earning a $1,600 payday in the 31-lap Friesen Performance IMCA Modified main event at Batesville Motor Speedway. Wilkey, the 2023 Arkansas State champion and two-time track titleholder, took the lead at the start and held off repeated challenges from National Late Model Hall of Famer Wendell Wallace. After several early cautions, Wallace stayed close on each restart but couldn’t find a way around the Batesville native. Cameron Cook briefly moved into second before Wallace regained the spot on another restart. As the laps clicked off, Wilkey pulled away while Wallace and Cook traded shots for the runner-up position through heavy lapped traffic. IMCA Modifieds to headline Arkansas Spring Nationals

BATESVILLE, Ark. – IMCA Modifieds run for $2,000 to win and Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot berths on both nights of Batesville Motor Speedway’s Friday and Saturday, March 22 and 23 Arkansas Spring Nationals. Both features pay $1,500 to the runner-up. Minimum start money is $250. IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, Jet Racing Central Region and E3 Spark Plug Arkansas State points will be awarded. The pit gate opens at 4 p.m., the grandstand opens at 5:30 p.m., hot laps are at 7 p.m. and racing starts at 7:30 p.m. each night. Spectator admission is $10 for adults and free for kids ages 14 and under. Pit passes are $35. An open practice will be from 6:30-9:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 21. Pit passes that evening are $20. No sleeping in for Stuart after Batesville win

BENTON, Ark. (Aug. 10, 2024) – The smile in victory lane belonged to Dustin Stuart. The smile the next morning belonged to his daughter Scarlette. Stuart won Saturday’s IMCA Sunoco Stock Car feature at Batesville Motor Speedway, his first sanctioned checkers since 2021. 19th Annual Fall Nationals Set for Oct. 2–4 at RPM Speedway

(Sept. 18, 2025) — The 19th Annual Fall Nationals are set to take center stage at RPM Speedway in Hays, Kansas, on Thursday through Saturday, Oct. 2–4, 2025, bringing three days of racing action to close out the season in style.
