NAPA Fan Zone to Host Full Slate of Interactive Activities at 2025 IMCA Super Nationals

BOONE, Iowa (Aug. 22, 2025) — The NAPA Fan Zone at the Speedway Motors IMCA Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s continues to grow as one of the most interactive experiences in all of dirt track racing. Located near the grandstands and filled with displays, activities, and special appearances, the Fan Zone brings drivers and fans together like no other venue during the weeklong event.

Returning on Wednesday, Sept. 3 is the popular Women in IMCA Meet & Greet, coordinated with the help of Andrea McCain. This initiative celebrates female competitors and industry professionals and was a major hit in 2024. Any female drivers with questions can contact Andrea via her Facebook page. Monday, Sept. 1 brings the Young Guns in IMCA showcase, featuring the next generation of racing talent, with younger competitors from the Speedway Motors IMCA Weekly Racing program getting their time to shine in a meet and greet of their own. Drivers can sign up using the same registration form above.

On Thursday, Sept. 4, the First Responders Appreciation Day highlights local heroes and coincides with the Iowa Firefighters Association convention taking place in Boone. A firetruck will be on display, emergency personnel will be honored, and any firefighter or first responder receives free admission. Drivers who are first responders can sign up to be part of this tribute by using the same form.

Friday, Sept. 5 brings a powerful close to the week’s Fan Zone lineup with a special Veterans Tribute. Drivers who are veterans, or who race with Salute to Veterans Tour-themed wraps, will parade through the Fan Zone for a patriotic moment of recognition.

In addition to these special programs, the NAPA Fan Zone will host redraws for the All-Star Invitationals and Race of Champions, and serve as the setting for the traditional bean bag toss competitions among Modified and Stock Car drivers already locked into the Big Dance.

Space is limited for race car displays, and availability will be first come, first served.

Long runs at front lead Olson, Franzen to victory lane in SportMod qualifiers

BOONE, Iowa (Sept. 2, 2024) – After long runs at the front, Tony Olson and Jarett Franzen made their plans to go dancing. Olson led all but the first two laps in winning his Monday night qualifier and will start on the pole of Saturday’s IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s main event for Northern SportMods at Boone Speedway. Franzen was scored first across the stripe all 25 circuits of the second qualifier, outrunning hard-charging and defending champion Jake Sachau the final time around the track, and will start at the front of the middle row. One hundred and seventy-six Northern SportMods vied Monday at Iowa’s Action Track. 30 vendors on Manufacturers’ Row at Super Nationals

BOONE, Iowa (Aug. 19, 2022) – Thirty vendors have confirmed plans to be on Manufacturers’ Row during the 40th annual IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s.  IMCA and event sponsors will offer a wide range of high performance products for use during the week of Sept. 5-10. They’ll also display a variety of new products for use in IMCA competition in 2023.  Manufacturers’ Row will be located in the northeast corner of the Boone Speedway grounds and open from approximately 9 a.m.-5 p.m. each day. BOONE, Iowa – The weekly format for America’s Racin’ Vacation will look familiar. It’s the process of pre-registering for the 36th annual IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s that will be different. Late Models following the Deery Brothers Summer Series return to the Labor Day program at Boone Speedway for the Sept. 3-8 Super Nationals. Sport Compacts run their complete program on Tuesday, Sept. 4. The Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational is Friday, Sept. 7 while races of champions and main events for the Modifieds, Stock Cars, Northern SportMods and Hobby Stocks all are on the final day program Sept. 8. “It is fitting that Late Models crown the first champion of Super Nationals,” said IMCA President Brett Root. “It’s been a couple years since they’ve run on opening night at Boone.
