IMCA special event drivers, state champs earn AERO awards for 27th straight season

ESTHERVILLE, Iowa (March 9, 2023) – The race wheel manufacturer with the motto Surpassing The Standard rewards IMCA Modified drivers doing just that for a 27th consecutive season.

AERO Race Wheels of Estherville, Iowa, gives $40 product certificates, good toward the purchase of two wheels, to designated place fin­ish­ers at 80 special events for Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks, Stealth Racing IMCA STARS Mod Lites, Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMods and Smiley’s Racing Products IMCA Southern SportMods. 

State champions in those divisions and the Mach-1 IMCA Sport Compact class all receive $25 cer­tificates. 

“It is a no-brainer every year to reserve marketing budget dollars for IMCA and its racers,” said Kelli Peton, AERO director of sales and marketing. “We are proud to continue our long term relationship with IMCA racing it its reach in the industry is second to none.” 

Special event certificates will be mailed throughout the 2023 IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing season. State champion certificates will be presented dur­ing the national banquet in November or mailed be­ginning in December. 

AERO also returns as title sponsor of IMCA’s feature win decal program, with those stickers presented to drivers in all divisions following their sanctioned weekly and special event victories.

Car photos needed this fall for Allstar Performance heat win awards

VINTON, Iowa (June 2, 2023) – With the Memorial Weekend in the rearview, IMCA racing action will heat up literally and figuratively all the way to the end of the IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing point season. Correspondingly, drivers in all nine IMCA divisions winning heat races through the last full weekend of September receive heat win decals courtesy of Allstar Performance. Winning 10 or more heats this season gets them a $100 gift card from the Watervliet, Mich., high performance parts manufacturer. The driver, regardless of division, winning the most heat races gets a $250 gift card.
