MARSHALLTOWN, Iowa – Marshalltown Speedway puts the wraps on its 2021 season with the Sept. 17 and 18 World Nationals.
IMCA Modifieds run for $2,000 to win and a minimum of $200 to start both nights. Friday and Saturday shows also see IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and Karl Kustoms Northern SportMods racing for $1,000 to win and IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks for $500 to win.
IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, Side Biter Chassis North Central, EQ Cylinder Heads Northern and Big Daddy Race Cars Northern regional, and KMJ Performance State points will be awarded.
Entry fee each night is $50 for the Modifieds, $30 for Stock Cars and SportMods and $20 for Hobby Stocks. Drivers can pre-enter at MyRacePass.
Pit gates open at 4:30 each day. The grandstand opens at 5 p.m. and racing starts at 7 p.m. Spectator admission is $20 for adults, $15 for seniors and free for ages 10 and under. Pit passes are $30.
The Cookies BBQ Sauce Kickoff to the World Nationals is Thursday night, Sept. 16. An open practice for all divisions is from 7-9 p.m. Pit passes are $15.
Camping is $20 a night and showers and electrical hookups are available.
