VINTON, Iowa – More than 20 sponsors have now added STARS Mod Lite awards to their respective programs of contingency support for drivers in the newest division sanctioned by IMCA.
Awards based on special events results will be mailed after results of those race are received at the home office and eligibility is verified; those based on national or state point standings will be presented during the IMCA banquet in November or mailed beginning the following week.
Sponsors adding Mod Lite awards to their IMCA programs this season now include:
•AERO Race Wheels gives a product certificate for $40 off the purchase of two wheels at all Mod Lite special events, and a $25 product certificate to each Mod Lite state champion.
•Allstar Performance is the Official Heat Race Winner sponsor of IMCA and will award a $250 gift card to the driver with the most heat wins across all divisions. Each driver who wins 10 or more heat races during the season and provides a photo of their race car displaying heat win decal placement receives a $100 gift card.
•AutoMeter awards a 2-gauge panel set to the Mod Lite national runner-up.
•Axle Exchange awards each Mod Lite state champion two $25 product certificates.
•Title and presenting sponsor Bilstein awards $300, $200 and $100 product certificates, respectively, to the top three finishers in final national point standings. Decal placement is required.
•BSB Manufacturing awards a $50 certificate at selected Mod Lite specials and product certificates in increments of $250, $200 and $150 to top three finishers in national point standings.
•Demon Decals gives a $100 gift certificate to the Mod Lite Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Oklahoma state champions.
•Eibach Springs gives a $100 certificate to each Mod Lite state champion, a set of four springs to one randomly selected Mod Lite state champion, and an Eibach-branded fire suit to one randomly selected first-time state champion across all divisions.
•G-Force Racing Gear gives a $50 certificate at all selected Mod Lite special events.
•Hoosier Tire is The Official Tire of IMCA and National Point Fund Sponsor. Decals are required for drivers to make themselves eligible for point fund shares.
•Hyperco awards a free spring to second, third and fourth place finishers at designated Mod Lite special events.
•JAZ Products gives product certificates in increments of $500, $300, $200, $100 and $75 to top five drivers in Mod Lite national standings.
•Kirkey Racing Fabrication gives a $250 product certificate to the Mod Lite national champion.
•KMJ Performance is title sponsor of IMCA’s state championship program and gives a $50 product certificate good toward any parts purchase to each Mod Lite State Champion.
•KRC gives a $75 product certificate to each of the top three finishers in the final national Mod Lite point standings.
•Landrum Performance Spring awards a set of four springs to the Mod Lite national champion and a certificate to buy one spring and get another at equal or lesser value free to top five finishers in each Mod Lite state and top three finishers at each Mod Lite track in final point standings.
•Pit Bull Lifts gives a $100 product certificate to a designated place finisher at select special events and a Mod Lite lift to a randomly drawn driver who competes in at least 10 sanctioned events this season.
•Quickcar Racing Products gives a 2-gauge (OP/WT) panel set to the Mod Lite national champion.
•RACEceiver gives an Element Custom Professional Driver package to the Mod Lite national runner-up.
•Schaeffer Oil, The Official Lubricant of IMCA, gives two gallons of racing oil and four quarts of gear lube to all state champions.
•Speedway Motors gives an IMCA approved SA2020 helmet to the Mod Lite national champion. All drivers in the division are required to display Speedway Motors decals.
•Summit Racing Equipment awards $100 gift cards to the Top 10 finishers in final national Mod Lite point standings.
•Sybesma Graphics awards a $100 gift certificate to Mod Lite state champions in Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
•National events sponsor Yoshimura gives cash bonuses of $250, $150 and $100 to podium finishers at 10 selected specials. Decal placement is required.
•Zamp Racing gives a Z-Tech head and neck restraint to the Mod Lite national champion.
