DENISON, Iowa – Five IMCA divisions race both nights at Crawford County Speedway’s season-opening April 19 and 20 Spring Fling.
Friday and Saturday main events for IMCA Modifieds and IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars pay $850 to win while IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks and Karl Kustoms Northern SportMods both race for $500 to win. Top prize both nights for the Mach-1 Sport Compacts is $200.
IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, regional and E3 Spark Plugs State points, but no track points will be awarded at each program.
Practice starts at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 18 and a complimentary meal is included with the purchase of a pit pass.
Hot laps are at 7 p.m. with racing to follow Friday. Six p.m. hot laps precede racing on Saturday.
Spectator admission is $15 for adults, $10 for seniors, students and military with ID, and free for kids ages five and under. Pit passes are $30 for adults and $20 for kids.
