US 36 Raceway to offer online tickets this season

OSBORN, Mo. – U.S. 36 Raceway is pleased to announce that online tickets will be available for pre-purchase this season. 

Fans and teams will now have the opportunity to plan ahead and purchase their tickets through U.S. 36’s new online home http://us36racewaydirttrack.com and MyRacePass. Either click on the Buy Tickets button on the home page or click on the ticket icon under the schedule and results. 

Tickets are set to go on sale Monday, March 8. Tickets will have an available window to purchase online through noon the day of the event. 

After purchasing your ticket, print out the voucher and bring it, along with a valid I.D. of the purchaser, to the track the night of the event. Present the voucher to the ticket booth at the track and enjoy a night of racing action. 

Please note, online ticket purchases follow the same rain policy as tickets purchased at the event. The rain policy can be reviewed at http://www.us36racewaydirttrack.com/trackinfo/. 

U.S. 36 Raceway begins its season on March 23 with a day of practice followed by the March 29 Rumble in the Bullring featuring IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars following the Sprint Series of Nebraska and IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars.

Kids’ Night tonight at US 36 Raceway

By Rick Staley  OSBORN, Mo. (Aug. 6) – More than $1,000 in change will be dropped on the front stretch of US 36 Raceway for kids to grab tonight (Friday). Bring out the entire family for a night of fun and racing excitement like no other with free loaded backpacks to get the kids ready for back to school.  Always Family First is the theme at US 36 Raceway with fans donating school supplies and Jon and Beth Boller donating the backpacks. Thanks to Matthew and Maggie at X Factor Motorsports, Section B at Lakeside Speedway, fans, TC Fabrication and Repair, Slow Kid Motorsports, Judy Staley Photography and others who donated.  IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and Karl Kustoms Northern SportMods are on tonight’s race program.

Last-lap pass nets Clancy $1,000 IMCA Modified win at US 36

By Jacob Blair OSBORN, Mo. (June 7) – With $1,000 on the line Friday night at US 36 Raceway, the IMCA Modifieds battled for 20 laps before the top check had a recipient. Chad Clancy led only the last lap but took home the big money and earned a berth on the Fast Shafts All-Star ballot with the victory. Cory Wray had to settle for second while Scott Brown came back from an early race incident to finish third. Clay Hale and Jim Masoner Jr. made up the rest of the top five. After several early cautions, Wray and Clancy settled into the top two spots. Both ran the bottom of the track. Clancy could roll the center of the corner better than everyone on the race track but couldn’t get the drive off to move to the inside of the leader. Pre-entry open for inaugural Missouri IMCA Nationals

OSBORN, Mo. – Pre-entry for one of the most anticipated events of the US 36 Raceway season is now open. Drivers in the IMCA Modified, IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Car, IMCA Sunoco Stock Car and Karl Kustoms Northern SportMods will battle to become the first winners in the inaugural Missouri IMCA Nationals. Practice for the event is on Wednesday, Oct. 9. Racing will be Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Oct. 10-12. Pre-entry for the event is available online at https://www.myracepass.com/register/?n=17636 or at http://www.us36racewaydirttrack.com/ and click on the driver registration button. Pre-entry for the event is $60 for Modifieds and Sprint Cars and $50 for Stock Cars and SportMods. The entry fee includes the driver pit pass on practice night. Drivers are highly encouraged to pre-enter for the event before Sept. 29 as after that date, the registration will be $100 for all classes.  Thursday and Friday will see drivers compete in complete shows, including heats, “B” features and “A” features.
