Fan Zone continues to be center of off-track activities during week of Super Nationals

BOONE, Iowa – There will be plenty to see and enjoy through­out the week of the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s in the Fan Zone, located south of the main grandstands at Boone Speedway.

Nu­merous events each day of America’s Racin’ Vacation Sept. 3-8.

The Casey’s General Store redraw for starts in the front two rows of the Deery Brothers Summer Series main event will be held at approximately 7 p.m. on Monday.

Card games to determine the starting grid for Northern SportMod and Hobby Stock race of champi­ons events will be held at approximately 3 p.m. and 4 p.m., respectively, on Tuesday, Sept. 4.

Monday’s Hobby Stock and Northern SportMod qualifying feature winners sign autographs at 6 p.m. Tuesday. Drivers in the two divisions winning qualifiers that evening sign autographs during an­other 6 p.m. session on Wednesday, Sept. 5.

Top four finish­ers from Wednesday’s Modified and Stock Car qualifiers Rochambeau for starting positions and sign autographs starting at 4 p.m.  and 6 p.m., respectively on Thursday, Sept. 6.

Best appearing Modified entries are on display beginning at 1 p.m. and qualifiers from Thursday features for Modifieds and Stock Cars take their turns in the Fan Zone starting at 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 7.

Drivers starting that even­ing’s Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational will sign autographs in the Fan Zone circa 7 p.m.

Sunoco Race Fuels Race of Champions and Harris Auto Racing Race of Champions card games are scheduled for 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8. Friday’s Stock Car and Modified qualifiers sign autographs at 4 p.m.

Deery Series headlines opening night at IMCA Super Nationals

BOONE, Iowa – Opening night of the 2019 IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s brings the Deery Brothers Summer Series to Boone Speedway for the 49th time. The IMCA Late Model tour headlines the Monday, Sept. 2 program at Boone, in a main event that pays as much as $3,500 to win. Along with a guaranteed $2,000, the winner earns a Weekly Racing Bonus of as much as $1,500 based on their number of sanctioned starts this season, plus a wealth of contingency awards. Pit gates open at 9 a.m. and racing starts at 2 p.m. Also on the Labor Day card are qualifying races for Hobby Stocks and Northern SportMods. 15 more IMCA Stock Car drivers are B & B All-Star eligible

VINTON, Iowa (June 21, 2024) – Their recent weekly and special events wins have another 15 IMCA Sunoco Stock Car drivers on the qualifying eligible list for the upcoming B & B Racing Chassis All-Star Invitational. Taking checkered flags on Clash at the Creek programs at 141 Speedway were Benji LaCrosse and Eric Mahlik, while fair night winners at McLean County Speedway were Michael Swallers and Adam Goff. Mike Villanueva cashed in during the Central California Clash and Ryan Peery won big at Yreka Speedway’s Biehn Memorial. Kenny Richards, meanwhile, was a double winner at Beaver Dam Raceway’s Twin 25’s. Seven more score eligibility for Fast Shafts Invitational

VINTON, Iowa (April 3, 2024) – Four feature winners at the Clash on the Coast are among the seven Friesen Performance IMCA Modified drivers new to Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational qualifying eligibility. Jeff Larson and Trevor Fitz topped events at Northwest Florida Speedway while Mitchell O’Patik and Izac Mallicoat both prevailed at Southern Raceway. Jeff Taylor was a double winner at Batesville Motor Speedway’s Wimp Reed Spring Nationals. Daniel Gottschalk scored a ‘W’ at RPM Speedway’s Fall Classic and Dylan Thornton was a Nippy 50 victor at Maquoketa Speedway.
