Covert Memorial is Saturday at Thunder Hill

MAYETTA, Kan. – A top prize of $1,700 and a Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot berth are at stake Saturday for IMCA Modifieds Thunder Hill Speedway.

IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars, Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods and IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks complete the card. All IMCA points, including local track, will be given in each division.

General admission gates open at 5 p.m., with adults $10 and kids 12 and under free. Coolers are allowed for a $10 fee, with canned beer only.

Pit gates open at 5 p.m. and the draw closes at 6:30 p.m., with the drivers’ meeting and racing to follow. Pit passes are $25, with kids 12 and under $10.
