LEXINGTON, Neb. (Aug. 13) – Sunday’s Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMod feature at Lexington Raceway was a pretty quick 20-lap affair.
Craig Howard took the lead on the opening lap and led the first three circuits before point leader Jacob Olmstead took command and led the rest of the way.
Jacob wasn’t the only Olmstead to go to victory lane. Zach posted his second consecutive win in the IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks.
David Murray Jr. scored his third local IMCA Modified win of the season while Mike Nichols remained undefeated in the IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars.
In the Mach-1 Sport Compact feature, it was Justin Smallcomb leading all 10 laps.
