IMCA Northern SportMod Nationals at Britt boasts $2,500 top check

BRITT, Iowa – The winner of Hancock County Speedway’s Tuesday, June 20 Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMod Nationals goes home with a hefty $2,500 top prize.

A minimum of $300 will be paid to start the main event and IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National and Allstar Performance State, but not track points will be awarded.

The top two finishers from each heat advance to the $200 to win DeKalb/Asgrow Dash to determine their starting spots in the main event.

Also running are IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks for national, regional and state points.

The Modified feature pays $750 to win, with $600 to win for the Stock Cars and $500 to win for the Hobby Stocks.

Pit gates open at 5:30 p.m., the grandstand opens at 6 p.m. and racing follows 7 p.m. hot laps.

Spectator admission is $12 for adults and $5 for students, seniors and veterans. Pit passes are $25.
