LUXEMBURG, Wis. (May 26) – Luxemburg Speedway saluted veterans on Friday night and Vince Engebregtsen rocketed to the Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMod feature win.
Brandon Kaye led the opening five laps before Engebregtsen went to the high line to take the lead on lap six. Fourteenth starting Randy LeMieux Jr. made a late race charge for the lead but Engebregtsen would not be denied victory.
Troy DeGrave came home third after starting 12th.
Shawn Kilgore and Rod Snellenberger won the IMCA Modified and IMCA Sunoco Stock Car main events, respectively. Brody Rivest was the Mach-1 Sport Compact winner.
