LEXINGTON, Neb. (May 14) – Riding around the top in the opening laps, Colton Osborn powered his way to the point on the fourth lap and never looked back in capturing the IMCA Modified feature win Sunday at Lexington Raceway.

Veteran David Murray Jr. worked his way into second just past halfway applied pressure to Osborn in the waning laps, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the Cozad hotshoe.

Defending national champion Mike Nichols started fourth row and finished first in the IMCA Sunoco Stock Car main.

Jamey Kennicutt was the Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMod leader from the second lap to the checkers and Brady Weinman aced lapped traffic in scoring IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stock honors.

Travis Thelander was in and out of the Mach-1 Sport Compact lead before winning that event.
