BRITT, Iowa (July 9) – Two drivers earned their first feature victory of the season to highlight a night of dirt track racing at Hancock County Speedway on Saturday.
For the first time in the last six races at Britt, someone beside Cody Nielsen won the IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stock feature.
Scott Dobel crossed the finish line first to earn his first feature win of the season as Nielsen was the runner-up; Drew Barglof was third with Andrew Borchardt fourth and Jay Sidles fifth.
Hunter Benson won his first Mach-1 Sport Compact feature of the year with Olivier Monson taking second.
Austin Wolf was the Xtreme Motor Sports IMCA Modified winner while Derek Green raced from 10th starting to first finishing in the IMCA Sunoco Stock Car main.
Shane Swanson scored the Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMod checkers.
