Moser Engineering awards go to IMCA Modified, Stock, Hobby, SportMod drivers

PORTLAND, Ind. – More than $10,000 in Moser Engineering product certificates will be awarded again this season to IMCA drivers.

The Portland, Ind., rear end components manufacturer and 13-year sponsor has renewed a program benefitting competitors in five divisions and in designated special events.

“Across the span of four decades Moser Engineering has always been a leader in the industry when it comes to giving back to the racers who helped us build our brand,” Moser Marketing Director Jeff Anderson said. “We are proud to continue that legacy again this year with the IMCA by helping the racers and their families who continue to help this sport grow today.”

Runners-up in each of the five Xtreme Motor Sports IMCA Modified regions and in both IMCA Sunoco Stock Car regions earn $300 product certificates; second place finishers in standings for the two IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks regions and in national standings for Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods and Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center Southern SportMods receive $200 certificates.

Those awards will be presented during the national IMCA banquet in November.

One hundred dollar product certificates go to designated place finishers at 80 selected specials for the same five divisions. Those awards are mailed from the IMCA home office within a week after official race results are received.

Information about Moser products is available by calling 260 726-6689, on Facebook and at the www.moserengineering.com website.

“With champions receiving the lion’s share of the recognition, having a program in place like Moser’s to recognize the drivers in the runner-up position is great,” IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder commented. “Those racers compete just as hard and Moser rewards that effort with quality gift certificates.”
