Schoenfeld Headers is new to national decal program for IMCA Modifieds

VAN BUREN, Ark. – Long-time sponsor Schoenfeld Headers is new to the national decal program for IMCA’s biggest division.

Xtreme Motor Sports IMCA Modified drivers will be required to display two Schoenfeld decals on their race cars to be eligible for shares of national and regional point fund money.

The Van Buren, Ark., manufacturer and 18-year marketing partner will again give $50 product certificates to designated place finishers at special events for Modifieds, IMCA Late Models, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars, Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods and Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center Southern SportMods.

“The partnership with Schoenfeld is approaching two decades and they have been on an unofficial waiting list for an opening in our Modified required decal program for a few years now,” IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder said. “The timing is right this season and we’re both excited about marketing them through this opportunity.”

That list of specials includes all events in the Deery Brothers Summer Series for Late Models. Certificates will be mailed from the IMCA home office within a week after official race results are received.

Schoenfeld manufactures IMCA’s official 609, 930 and 935 mufflers, headers and related exhaust components.

When required to run a noise reduction system of 98 decibels or more, drivers in all five divisions that are part of the Schoenfeld special events program must compete with one of the three official mufflers to be eligible.
