IMCA Modifieds chase $1,000 check Sunday during 281 Speedfest 

STEPHENVILLE, Texas – A $1,000 to win feature for Xtreme Motor Sports IMCA Modifieds highlights the Sunday half of 281 Speedway’s Speedfest special.

Five sanctioned divisions – IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars, Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center Southern SportMods, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks and Mach-1 Sport Compacts, in addition to the Modifieds – run at Stephenville both Saturday, Sept. 26 and Sunday, Sept. 27.

IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, regional, Allstar Performance State and local track points will be awarded for both shows. The Sunday Modified feature is a qualifier for the 2016 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot.

Gates open at 4:30 p.m. and racing starts at 7:30 p.m. Saturday. Gates open at 11 a.m., the grandstand opens at 2 p.m. and racing starts at 3 p.m. on Sunday.

Spectator admission is $10 for adults, $3 for kids ages 6-12 and free for five and under. Pit passes are $30.
