Ken Schrader joins IMCA Modified field on opening night at Cotton Bowl

PAIGE, Texas – Ken Schrader joins the IMCA Xtreme Motor Sports Modified field on opening night at Cotton Bowl Speedway.

Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center Southern SportMods, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks are on the Saturday, March 14 card.

Pit gates open at 4 p.m., the grandstand opens at 5 p.m. and racing starts at 7 p.m.

Saturday will also be Larry Kahler’s first night on the job as director of competition at Cotton Bowl. Completing the program at Paige will be a local stock class and non-wing sprints.

Jet Racing celebrates 28 years of IMCA sponsorship

**BEATRICE, Neb. (January 22, 2025)** – Jet Racing celebrates its 28th year as an IMCA marketing partner and 14th as the title sponsor of the Central Region for Modifieds. Top 10 drivers in the official 2025 point standings for the region, which includes tracks in Arkansas, eastern Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska, will share a $6,000 point fund, with the champion earning $2,500. Drivers must display two Jet Racing logos to qualify for the point fund, which will be presented at the national awards banquet in November. Czarneski conquers Stock Car feature at Casa Grande

The Denmark, Wisconsin driver delivered a stellar performance at Central Arizona Raceway, seizing the lead on lap nine and holding off all challengers to take the checkered flag. The race began with Jason Berg asserting himself as the early leader, setting a strong pace through the opening laps. Berkeley wins first career Winter Nationals feature in Stock Car action

The 2023 Winter Nationals champion faced several challenges throughout the race but ultimately fended off the advances of young Texan Cameron Starry. Despite the pressure, Berkeley maintained a consistent pace from start to finish. Starry attempted a few bold moves in the closing laps, but the leader, hailing from Colville, Washington, successfully held him off to clinch this significant win in EQ Cylinder Heads Southern Region action.
