LUBBOCK, Texas – The 2015 season is the third for Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center as title sponsor of IMCA’s Southern SportMod division.
The Lubbock, Texas, distributor is one of the largest GM parts retailers and Chevrolet engine dealers in the country and provides a portion of the point fund to be paid to top 15 drivers in national standings for the division.
“The Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center logo will be required again this year not only on Southern SportMods, but Northern SportMods as well as a divisional title sponsor,” noted IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder. “Their interest and support of the IMCA SportMod racer has been tremendous and no matter where you live, their crate engine sales and service program is met with tremendous customer satisfaction.”
Drivers are required to display two Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center decals on their race car to be eligible for point fund shares.
Point fund checks will be presented during the national awards banquet in November or mailed beginning the following week from the IMCA home office.
