Hancock County Fair payout is potential $5K for IMCA Sunoco Stock Car winner

BRITT, Iowa – A check for as much as $5,000 goes home with the IMCA Sunoco Stock Car feature winner at the Hancock County Fair special this Friday, July 25.

First place is worth a minimum of $4,000 with another $1,000 added if the first-place driver has perfect weekly attendance at Britt this season.

The runner-up earns $2,000 with $1,000 for third. A minimum of $200 will be made to start the main event and tow money is $100.

Twenty-four cars will qualify and the starting grid will be filled with two sponsor provisionals.
All weekly divisions are on the program and a fireworks display follows the race program, which is sponsored by the Hancock County Fair, McNese Tire and IWireless Communications.

Spectator admission is $15 for adults, $5 for kids ages 6-12 and free for five and under. Pit passes are $30. Pit gates open at 5 p.m. Hot laps are at 6:30 p.m. with racing to follow.
