McCOOK, Neb. – One thousand dollars and a spot on the 2015 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot are at stake for IMCA Xtreme Motor Sports Modifieds in the Thursday, July 24 fair special at Red Willow County Raceway.
Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods run for $750 to win and IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars for $500 to win. Payouts are based on 20-car fields; the event is promoted by the Red Willow County Fair Board which is guaranteeing payouts.
All applicable points, including local track points, will be awarded for the draw/redraw show. No entry fee or track registration fee is required.
Gates at McCook open at 5 p.m., hot laps are at 6 p.m. and racing starts at 7:30 p.m.
Grandstand admission is $12 for adults, $5 for kids ages 6-12 and free for five and under. Pit passes are $30.
