SANTA MARIA, Calif. – Second-year sponsor Nitro Bee gives product awards to 10 special events winners and at the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s again this season.
Nitro Bee had been named the official one-way radio race receiver of IMCA last spring. The Santa Maria, Calif., company gives a total of 25 race receiver units and ear pieces to special events and Super Nationals drivers.
Suggested retail price is $99. The Nitro Bee device is available from a network of dealers that includes Speedway Motors, Allstar Performance, Belleville Motorsports, Carolina Racing Supply, Dakota Track Side, Harris Auto Racing, Jet Racing, Karl Performance, Larry Shaw Race Cars, Performance Bodies, Precise Racing Products, Redline Racing Parts, Smiley’s Racing Products, Summit Racing Equipment and Xtreme Motor Sports.

IMCA rules require that no two-way radios be used in any division.
“Nitro Bee has a brand new unit available in 2014 that is much easier to program than the initial unit of a year ago,” IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder said. “We endorse this unit because of its functionality and more cost effective price point than other one-way listening devices on the market.”
