$2,500 is top prize at Billings’ July 19 Modified Mayhem

BILLINGS, Mont. (July 14) – Billings Motorsports Park hosts its rescheduled Modified Mayhem this Saturday, July 19, with a $2,500 top prize going to the winner of the headline event.

The inaugural special for IMCA Xtreme Motor Sports Modifieds pays a minimum of $100 to start, is sponsored by Sorenson Racing of Billings and is a qualifying event for the 2015 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot.
IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, Larry Shaw Racing Western or Belleville Motorsports North Central regional, Allstar Performance State and local track points will be awarded. Non-qualifiers taking at least one green flag during the evening get $50 tow money.

There is no entry fee; pit passes are $25.

Grandstand admission is $10 for adults, $7 for seniors 65 and over, juniors ages 12-17 and military personnel with ID, $3 for kids ages 7-11 and free for six and under.

The pit area opens at noon and the grandstand opens at 5:30 p.m. Hot laps are at 6:30 p.m. and racing starts at 7 p.m.
