AFCO starts third decade of partnership with IMCA

BOONVILLE, Ind. – AFCO begins its third decade as a marketing partner with IMCA by giving contingency awards to drivers in five divisions.

Top three eligible drivers in each of the five IMCA Xtreme Motor Sports Modified regions earn product certificates worth $250, $150 and $50, respectively, while the top three in both IMCA Sunoco Stock Car regions receive $200, $100 and $50 certificates.

The Boonville, Ind., manufacturer also gives certificates good for $125, $75 and $50 based on national point standings for the Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods and for Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center Southern SportMods.

Drivers in those four divisions must compete with AFCO-manufactured shocks and springs, display two AFCO decals on their race car and return a completed sign-up sheet to the IMCA home office by Aug. 1 to be eligible.
Fourth, sixth and 11th place finishers in national Late Model point standings and the national Late Model rookie of the year all receive $100 product certificates.

Information about AFCO products is available by calling 800 632-2320 and at the new www.afcoracing.com website.

“The AFCO brand presence continues to increase in IMCA racing and we hope to add even more incentives for additional racers as the partnership progresses,” noted IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder.
