Dolan Dices Through Lapped Traffic at Port Royal for First Win

(June 13, 2026) — Chris Dolan’s steady climb through the River Valley Builders PA Sprint Series ranks reached a milestone Saturday night as the York driver led all 20 laps of the Penns Valley Meat Market feature at Port Royal Speedway to earn his first career RaceSaver IMCA Sprint Car victory. Dolan started from the pole aboard the Jon Williams-owned No. 89D and immediately established himself as the driver to beat. Colton Hendershot settled into second and remained in pursuit for most of the race, with the pair running first and second through the opening 18 circuits. Lapped traffic briefly tightened the battle as Hendershot closed to within half a second of the leader. Once Dolan worked his way through the slower cars, however, he quickly rebuilt his advantage and at one point stretched the margin to more than three seconds.
