Demon Decals wraps up award plans for state champions in IMCA Central Region
RISING CITY, Neb. – While making plans for another wrapping trip, Damon Richards put final touches on the Demon Decals award program for 2021. The second year-sponsor from Rising City, Neb., gives $100 gift certificates to each state champion crowned this season in IMCA’s Central Region states Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Oklahoma.
