Electrifying Charge to Front Nets Price BAPS Win

By Frank Buhrman YORK HAVEN, Pa. (May 18, 2025) — It wasn’t an easy climb, but Sunday night at BAPS Motor Speedway, Landon Price reached the top of the mountain again and enjoyed the view. Four years and nine months after he last visited victory lane in a River Valley Builders PA Sprint Series feature, Price returned Sunday, after an electrifying charge through the field from 11th starting position. That performance also earned the Fleetwood driver the hard charger award. After advancing from seventh to third in his heat race, the Price team’s pill-draw skills didn’t improve, and he picked 11th out of the 12 redraw starting spots, but when the race started, it quickly became obvious that something special was happening with the no. 69P team. Shantz Dominates at Harris Speedway for Second Career Carolina Sprint Tour Win

By Evan McCrory RUTHERFORDTON, N.C. (May 17, 2025) — The Carolina Sprint Tour presented by GSR Chassis rolled into Harris Speedway on Saturday night, for a spectacular night of open-wheel action. Despite losing a few entries from the previous night at Carolina Speedway, a strong field of 15 RaceSaver IMCA Sprint Cars put on an incredible show under the lights of Rutherford County. After the redraw, it was Biscuit Williams and Josh Shantz on the front row for the 25-lap main event. When the green flag dropped, Shantz, a former Canadian now racing out of the Carolinas, jumped to the lead and never looked back. In the caution-free feature, Shantz expertly fended off heavy pressure from George Loux to capture his second career Carolina Sprint Tour win. Berry Scores First Career Stock Car Win at WaKeeney

(May 16, 2025) — The Sunoco IMCA Stock Car feature on night one of the John Fose Memorial and Wall of Fame Weekend at WaKeeney Speedway delivered a memorable performance to honor one of Kansas racing’s most beloved figures. With a front row led by Bill Brack and Garrett Hager, the 20-lap main event quickly came to life when Brett Berry powered his way through a three-wide opening corner to seize the early lead. From there, the veteran driver from Kinsley held a steady pace despite persistent pressure from rising stars Tathan Burkhart and Kyle Pfeifer.
