IMCA Modified, SportMod drivers chasing Bob Harris Enterprises special event awards

AMES, Iowa – Special events drivers in three IMCA divisions are in the running again this season for awards from Bob Harris Enterprises. Harris, of Ames, Iowa, will give two free shock rebuilds to a top five finisher at each of 30 IMCA Modified specials, and at 15 Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMod and Smiley’s Racing Products Southern SportMod specials.  A drawing will be held following the regular point season to award Race Tech Info Dirt Chassis School packages to one Modified driver and one SportMod driver. Brinn Transmission awards going to IMCA Modified special event drivers

BAY CITY, Mich. – IMCA Modified drivers competing in designated special events around the country are beneficiaries of a lucrative Brinn Transmission awards program again this season.  Top five finishers at each of 30 designated specials each receive $50 product certificates. All 150 of those drivers will then be entered in a random drawing, with the winner receiving a new Brinn-manufactured transmission.  Kody Johnson of Vestaburg, Mich., won the transmission drawing held last December. Mach-1 renews IMCA Sport Compact title sponsorship through 2021 season

ABBOTT, Texas – Competitors in IMCA’s Sport Compact division will enjoy their association with Mach-1 Racing Solutions for another three seasons.  The Abbott, Texas company has renewed its title sponsorship agreement for the 4-cylinder class and will pro­vide a portion of $1,000 point funds to be paid to top 10 drivers in the division in 2019, 2020 and 2021. “We are excited to continue the support of a growing class that supports the vision of IMCA as well as eco­nomic racing,” said owner Gary Mach.  The latest agreement takes Mach-1 through an 11th consecutive season as the divisional sponsor.
