BAY CITY, Mich. – IMCA Modified special events competitors chase awards from Brinn Transmission for a 19th season.  Top five finishers at 30 designated IMCA Modified specials receive $50 product certificates. All 150 of those drivers will be entered in a random drawing, with the winner receiving a new transmission from the Bay City, Mich., manufacturer.  Brinn begins the second year of a three-year pact that continues through a second decade of sponsorship and includes IMCA’s biggest event. The pole starter at the IMCA Speed­way Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s Saturday night Modified main also receives a new transmission. The Wellington, Kan., high performance parts manufacturer and 12-year sponsor gives $10,000 in product cer­tificates to IMCA Modified, IMCA Sunoco Late Model, IMCA Sunoco Stock Car, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stock, Karl Kustoms Northern SportMod and Smiley’s Racing Products Southern SportMod competitors.
