Cory Dumpert: Nebraska Champion Reaches 100th IMCA Late Model Victory

But Cory Dumpert, the quiet powerhouse from Nebraska, has etched his name alongside the elite in the Sunoco IMCA Late Model Century Club, becoming just the ninth driver to reach the 100-win mark in the division. It happened June 28 at Off Road Speedway in Norfolk, where he’s won the last three track championships, and the celebration was equal parts joy and relief. “I was really starting to think that the 100th one was going to be harder to win than the first,” Dumpert admitted. “Nothing seemed to go right and everyone kept bringing it up. Braaksma Doubles Up at Black Dirt Nationals in Modified Masterclass

By Chad Meyer BRITT, Iowa (July 22, 2025) — The Hancock County Fair’s Black Dirt Nationals continues to be good to Ethan Braaksma. Capitalizing on favorable heat race and main event draws, Braaksma held off Jeremy Mills to score his second straight Black Dirt Nationals IMCA Modified victory at Britt. The Friesen Performance IMCA Modified main saw Braaksma, a consistent contender at the fairgrounds oval, stay steady on the cushion while Mills tried to reel him in. Chaz Baca Jr. came from seventh to round out the podium. The win marked Braaksma’s 10th overall win of the season, with nine of them in the Razor Chassis North Central Region. Snellenberger Nabs No. 234 at Eagle River

(July 22, 2025) — Pulaski’s “Hot Rod” Snellenberger bumped his career Sunoco IMCA stock car feature win total to 234 by picking up that division’s feature win at Eagle River Speedway Tuesday. Wisconsin’s winningest driver in the division started sixth on the grid in the 20 lap contest. Initially, it appeared that front row starter Jonathan Miller had the feature win in the bag. The Eagle River driver sprinted into the lead at the drop of the green of the race. Miller wasted little time building up a decent cushion between himself and the rest of the field. Snellenberger caught up with Miller after six laps and pressured Miller for several circuits before flying past Miller on the high side on lap 12. It was his sixth triumph in the EQ Cylinder Heads Northern Region with five coming at Eagle River. Snellenberger kept all challengers at bay and cruised to victory in the caution free event.
