FRANCIS CREEK, Wis. (June 1, 2026) — One of Wisconsin’s premier dirt track events returns to 141 Speedway on June 12-13 as Clash at the Creek XVIII brings two nights of Speedway Motors IMCA Weekly Racing action highlighted by a $10,000-to-win Karl Kustoms IMCA Modified finale, one of the richest payouts for the division anywhere in the country.
The biggest change for 2026 is a move to a weekend format. Traditionally held during the middle of the week, event organizers shifted the Clash to Friday and Saturday to make it easier for teams and fans to attend without needing to take additional vacation time after spending much of the week at the racetrack.
Activities begin Thursday, June 11, with an open test and tune session starting at 6:00 p.m. Racing follows on Friday and Saturday, June 12-13.
Friday’s program will feature split qualifying features for the Karl Kustoms IMCA Modifieds, with each qualifier capped at 24 starters. Heat race lineups will be determined by draw, and heat race results will set the qualifying feature lineups. The top five finishers from each qualifying feature will lock into Saturday’s $10,000-to-win championship event.
Drivers who do not transfer to the main event will still have a chance to race for significant money. A 24-car Non-Qualifier feature paying $1,000 to win will also be contested on Friday night.
The Clash at the Creek serves as a Fast Shafts All-Star Modified Invitational qualifier for the 2026 Speedway Motors IMCA Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s. Entry fee for Modified competitors is $200 for both days and can be paid through MyRacePass.
Also competing both nights will be Sunoco IMCA Stock Cars and Karl Kustoms IMCA Northern SportMods. Each division will race for $1,000 to win nightly. Stock Car feature winners will earn eligibility for the B&B Racing Chassis All-Star Stock Car Invitational at Super Nationals. Mach-1 IMCA Sport Compacts will also be part of both nights of racing action.
National, Razor Chassis North Central Region, Wisconsin State, and track points will be awarded to Modified competitors. Sunoco IMCA Stock Cars will compete for EQ Cylinder Heads Northern Region, Wisconsin State, national, and track points. Northern SportMods and Sport Compacts will race for track, Wisconsin State, and national points.
Pit gates and grandstands open at 3:00 p.m. on race days, with hot laps and racing scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. Pit passes are $35. Adult grandstand admission is $22, seniors ages 65 and older are $20, and children 10 and under are admitted free.
Camping is available for $30 per night, with reservations available through MyRacePass or by contacting the track.
While Clash at the Creek remains one of the facility’s signature events, it is far from the only major attraction on the 141 Speedway calendar. The King of the Creek returns July 17-18 with Sunoco IMCA Stock Cars racing for $10,000 to win, while the Captain of the Creek takes center stage August 14-15, featuring a $10,000 payday for Karl Kustoms IMCA Northern SportMods.
