ESTEVAN, SK (June 5, 2026) — Defending tour and Estevan Motor Speedway track champion Diezel Raynard returned to victory lane in the Sunoco IMCA Hobby Stocks, surviving a furious late-race challenge to score his first win of the week on the third night of the 2026 T&A Tong and Indicator Tougher Than Dirt Tour presented by Schatz Storage.
The Lampman driver grabbed the lead at the drop of the green and maintained command through a pair of early cautions. Behind him, Nathan DeRagon, winner of the tour’s first two nights, and 16-year-old Cash Saxon battled intensely for second, allowing Raynard to build a comfortable advantage.
As the race progressed, Manitoba’s Pat Smith methodically worked the low groove and eventually moved into second. Several restarts kept the field bunched together, but Raynard consistently executed strong launches and remained out front.
Smith closed rapidly in the closing laps and pulled alongside the leader, but Raynard was slightly better off the corners. The battle intensified in the final turns as DeRagon joined the fight, creating a three-car sprint to the checkered flag. Raynard prevailed by .094 seconds for his third career Tougher Than Dirt Tour victory. The win was his second of the season in the B&B Racing Chassis Northern Region and first of 2026 at Estevan.
Smith narrowly edged DeRagon for second. Ethan Beckedahl finished fourth, while Saxon rounded out the top five.
Tyson Grinstead earned hard charger honors for the third consecutive night after advancing from 15th to sixth.
Glasser Defends Home Turf in SportMod Thriller
Keenan Glasser thrilled the hometown crowd by capturing the Karl Kustoms IMCA Northern SportMod feature, earning his second career Tougher Than Dirt Tour victory and second win of the week.
Utah’s Payce Herrera, fresh off his victory the previous night, led the opening laps before lapped traffic entered the picture on lap six. A caution on lap seven reset the field and opened the door for Glasser, who worked the bottom groove to perfection and took command on lap 10.
Traffic again became a factor on lap 17, but another caution erased the challenge. The 2024 North Dakota State champion checked out on the ensuing restart before Herrera began reeling him back in. A caution on lap 20 interrupted a developing battle for the lead, but Herrera surged back ahead on lap 21 following the restart.
Glasser wasn’t finished. The 18-year-old Estevan driver fought back to reclaim the lead one lap later. Two additional cautions set up a green-white-checkered finish, but Glasser remained composed and held off Herrera to score his sixth victory of the season and first at his home track in 2026.
Herrera, the 2024 Junior National champion, finished second. Defending Nodak Speedway track champion Chad Stratchen charged from 12th to third. Four-time reigning Estevan Motor Speedway champion and defending tour champion Leevi Runge was fourth, while 19-year-old Jayden Pavlicek completed the top five.
Runge and Rick Milewicz shared hard charger honors, with Milewicz advancing from 22nd to 12th.

Scholpp Stays Perfect at Estevan in Modifieds
Kody Scholpp continued his dominance at Estevan Motor Speedway by winning the Karl Kustoms IMCA Modified feature, remaining undefeated at the 3/8-mile oval in 2026.
Young Cole Fichter led the opening lap before Les McLenehan took over on the next circuit. The complexion of the race changed after a lap 12 caution when Gabriel Deschamp, Travis Hagen, and Scholpp engaged in a thrilling three-wide battle for the lead.
The trio raced side-by-side out of turn four on lap 14, with Scholpp narrowly edging them at the stripe by just .024 seconds. Another caution on lap 16 reset the field, but the five-time defending track champion took complete control on the restart.
The Estevan driver pulled away to secure his third Razor Chassis North Central Region victory of the season, all coming at his home track. Scholpp started ninth and earned hard charger honors.
Hagen, the nine-time reigning Williston Basin Speedway champion, finished second after starting eighth. Deschamp, a two-time Tougher Than Dirt Tour SportMod champion and the 2024 SportMod track champion, was third.
Aaron Turnbull, the 2013 Dakota Classic Mod Tour champion, charged from 10th to fourth, while seven-time reigning North Dakota State champion Marcus Tomlinson completed the top five.
Beeter Rebounds for Estevan Stock Car Score
Brock Beeter overcame adversity to win the Sunoco IMCA Stock Car feature.
Kelly Bauman led the opening lap before Geoff Mann took command on lap two. Beeter moved into the lead one lap later and appeared poised to control the race until Chris Hortness, the 2022 track champion driving the Tuchscherer Racing No. 91T, tracked him down and seized the top spot on lap nine.
Lapped traffic entered the equation one lap later before a caution on lap 12 tightened the field. Shortly after the restart, Hortness got out of shape, allowing Beeter to regain the lead.
The three-time Tougher Than Dirt Tour champion and only driver to win tour championships in two different divisions never looked back. The Minot, North Dakota, driver captured his second EQ Cylinder Heads Northern Region victory of the season and first at Estevan in 2026.
Chase Davidson finished second after starting seventh. Hortness recovered from the back of the field to place third. Defending track champion Kyle Scholpp charged from 15th to fourth, while Kayden Hjorteland advanced from 12th to complete the top five.
