SEYMOUR, Wis. (July 18, 2025) — The Friesen Performance IMCA Modified main event at Outagamie Speedway kicked off with Russ Reinwald jumping to the early lead, looking poised to cruise to a win. But smooth sailing wasn’t in the cards for Reinwald, as Suamico’s Johnny “The Hitman” Whitman charged from sixth to second by lap three, setting up a showdown between two seasoned veterans.

A lap five caution bunched the field, and the second half of the race turned into a thrilling display of contrasting lines—Reinwald up top, Whitman glued to the tires down low. In the end, Reinwald held strong and fended off Whitman for his first victory of the season at Outagamie and in the Razor Chassis North Central Region. Cody Schroeder rounded out the podium in third.

Czarapata Holds Off Mroczkowski in Stock Car Stunner

Brandon Czarapata, a former IMCA National champion, rocketed to the lead of the Sunoco IMCA Stock Car feature and dominated the early laps. Behind him, Josh Mroczkowski climbed through the field to second with Jerry Wilinski, Kyle Frederick, and Dan Sell Jr. making up the top five at halfway.

The closing laps were anything but routine as Mroczkowski closed in and began swapping the lead with Czarapata in a thrilling duel. The two traded spots multiple times before Czarapata edged out Mroczkowski at the finish line by a razor-thin 0.019 seconds. Wilinski was a close third, watching the battle unfold just ahead.

The win marked Czarapata’s first victory of 2025 in the EQ Cylinder Heads Northern Region.

Oreskovich Adds Another Outagamie Victory in SportMods

Defending track champion Max Oreskovich added another chapter to his winning story at Outagamie with a commanding performance in the Karl Chevrolet IMCA Northern SportMod feature. Travis Kleindl paced the opening laps, but Oreskovich rocketed from fifth to the lead by the halfway mark using the high side to perfection.

J.J. Vanderloop moved into second on lap 11, but a tangle with Kleindl on lap 12 brought out a caution. Kleindl was charged with the yellow, while Vanderloop suffered a flat tire and exited to the pits.

Despite multiple restarts in a caution-marred event, Oreskovich kept his cool and cruised to his third win of the season—all three coming at Outagamie. Dylan Schmidt and Mitchell Fairbank completed the top three.

Pari Prevails in Sport Compact Scramble

The Mach-1 IMCA Sport Compact feature began with Clint Malueg leading the first four laps before Tucker Pari took control. The second half of the race was a battle royale between Pari, T.J. Everard, and Morgan LaPlant.

Pari stayed tough and led the final laps to earn his first win of the 2025 campaign. LaPlant secured the runner-up spot, while Brett DePrez drove to a solid third-place finish.
