BRITT, Iowa (Jun. 13, 2025) — In the $2,000-to-win Hobo Hustle Sunoco IMCA Stock Car Showdown at Hancock County Speedway, Kelly Shryock worked his way to the front and had to survive a couple late race cautions to earn the top prize.

Dallon Murty started seventh and past the halfway mark mounted a serious charge to the front. It was Shryock’s eighth win of 2025 in the EQ Cylinder Heads Northern Region. Murty ultimately settled for second ahead of Scott Olson.

Jeremy Mills drew the front row start of the Friesen Performance IMCA Modified main and never looked back to post the win. Mills, who has already won this year at Boone and Kossuth County Speedways, earned his first win at Britt and seventh of the year in the Razor Chassis North Central Region.

Jerry Flippo advanced from seventh to finish second, while last week’s winner Kelly Shryock climbed from eighth to third.

Matthew Looft started 10th in the Karl Chevrolet IMCA Northern SportMod feature and made a determined run to the front. Although he crossed the line first, Looft later declined an engine claim attempt, handing the win to Jacob Tachney.

Tachney, who earned his first career SportMod win last week at Britt, made it two in a row by besting Colby Fett and Nate Albrant.

In Sunoco IMCA Hobby Stock action, Chris Krug scored his first win of 2025 in the B&B Racing Chassis Northern Region, holding off Jade Lange, who charged from eighth to second. Drew Barglof rounded out the podium in third.
