BEATRICE, Neb. – Five IMCA divisions are on Octoberfest race night cards Friday and Saturday, Oct. 15 and 16 at Beatrice Speedway.
IMCA Modifieds run for $1,000 to win on Friday and for $2,000 to win Saturday, with both winners becoming Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational qualifying eligible. A minimum of $200 will be paid to start each night.
IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars, IMCAA Sunoco Hobby Stocks and Karl Kustoms Northern SportMods run for $500 to win each night while Mach-1 Sport Compacts run for $200 to win each night.
Entry fee per night is $50 for Modifieds and $25 for Stocks, Hobbies and SportMods, and can be mailed to the track at PO Box 753 in Beatrice, Neb., 68310.
Pit gates open at 4 p.m. and the draw closes at 6 p.m. on Friday, with hot laps at 6:30 p.m. and racing at 7 p.m. On Saturday, gates open at 3 p.m. and the draw closes at 5:30 p.m. Hot laps are at 6 p.m. and racing starts at 6:30 p.m.
Pit passes are $30 both nights.
An open practice runs from 6-9 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 14. Pit passes that evening are $10.
