Drivers in four IMCA divisions earn shares of $6,000 in Genesis Racing Shocks awards

ROSWELL, Ga. – Drivers in four IMCA divisions earn shares of $6,000 in contingency awards given again this season by Genesis Racing Shocks.

The Roswell, Ga., manufacturer and 13-year sponsor gives those awards based on regional standings for IMCA Modifieds and national standings for the IMCA Sunoco Late Models, Karl Kustoms Northern SportMods and Smiley’s Racing Products Southern SportMods.

Top eligible drivers in each of the five Modified regions and in national Late Model, Northern SportMod and Southern SportMod standings each receive $350 product certificates. The second-finishing eligible drivers receive $250 certificates, the third-finishing eligible drivers $150 certificates.

Modified and SportMod drivers must compete with four Genesis-manufactured shocks, display two Genesis logos on their race car and return a sign-up form to the IMCA home office.

Genesis Racing Shocks awards will be presented during the national banquet this fall or mailed beginning the following week from the IMCA home office.

Information about Genesis shocks and dealer network is available by calling 678 659-9454, at the www.genesisshocks.com website and on Facebook.

“Genesis has steadily supported IMCA racing for well over a decade now and their shock program has been a key component to our contingency sign-up program,” noted IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder. “We appreciate that support and want to make sure any driver wishing to cash in on this program gets signed up today through the forms on our website.”
