FRANCIS CREEK, Wis. – A crown jewel event for IMCA Modifieds will see 141 Speedway present the winner of the 13th annual Clash at the Creek with a well-deserved check for $10,000.
The Wednesday and Thursday, June 15-17 special brings drivers across the country to the famed Wisconsin speedplant, where they’ll chase the big payday and Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot berth.
The Clash pays a minimum of $750 to start and IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and Karl Kustoms Northern SportMods race for $1,000 to win both nights at Francis Creek. Winners of Stock Car features also become eligible to qualify for the B & B Chassis All-Star race.
IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, Side Biter Chassis North Central Region and EQ Cylinder Heads Northern Region, and KMJ Performance Wisconsin State points will be awarded.
Pre-tech starts at 3 p.m. and an open practice session runs from 7:30-10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 15. Pit passes are $20 and admission to the grandstand is $5 for adults and free for kids ages 10 and under.
Modified qualifying gets underway on Wednesday, June 16. Pit gates open at 3 p.m. and racing starts at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday. Wednesday grandstand admission is $15 for adults and $10 for seniors and students; on Thursday, admission is $20 for adults and $15 for seniors and students.
Kids ages 10 and under get in free when accompanying a paid adult and pit passes are $30 each day.
Modified pre-registration of $215 can be paid and tickets purchased at myracepass.com. Entry fee each night for Stock Cars and Northern SportMods is $20.
Free camping with showers is available and the Left Turn Lounge will be open daily.
